Update status of Pipenv - is actively maintained (#1121)

Pipenv is currently actively maintained by @matteius and
myself (@oz123). The project has seen multiple releases
this year, and many bugs fixed.
The activity on the project has even attracted new contributions.

Additionally, the project is actively backed the Python foundation
and tidelift.
