Version 1.41.1 breaks Test Runner for Java extension in VS COde

As soon as the update was pushed today, the Test Runner for Java stopped working. VS code no longer recognizes any java tests, provide any option to quick run options within the editor, and Test Explorer doesn't recognize and java test extensions.

Attempting to install a previous version just throws uncaught errors: No delegateCommandHandler for vscode.java.test.get.testpath

Same here.
It took me a while to realize there was an issue with this extension, so I reverted to version 1.40.0.

Yes, with the pre-release version 0.43.2025040304 of the "Test Runner for Java" it works again
