한국어: docs/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.ko.md
Be straightforward and be kind. Critique code, not people. Assume the other person is competent and acting in good faith until you have evidence otherwise.
- Say what you mean plainly. Disagreement is welcome; contempt is not.
- Review the change in front of you. "This breaks X because Y" is useful; "this is amateur work" is not.
- Accept that a maintainer may decline a change on scope or direction grounds without that being a judgement of you.
- English and Korean are both fine in issues and discussion. Do not correct someone's English instead of answering them.
- Respect the security policy: report vulnerabilities privately, never in a public issue.
- Harassment, insults, or demeaning comments, including about someone's identity, background, or level of experience.
- Sexualised language or imagery, or unwelcome personal attention.
- Publishing someone's private information without permission.
- Sustained disruption: reopening settled decisions to relitigate them, brigading a thread, or deliberately wasting reviewers' time.
This applies in every project space (issues, pull requests, discussions, commit messages, and code comments), and in public spaces when representing the project.
Report a concern to conduct@redrob.ai. Reports are handled confidentially by
the maintainers, who will not be the subject of the report where that is
avoidable.
Maintainers may warn, edit or remove content, or block an account. Actions are proportionate; a first misstep is normally a private word, not a ban. Where a report is upheld, the reporter is told what was done.
Maintainers are held to this document rather than exempt from it.
