Folder structure

Hi @ahhurlbert - I know it's the least of our problems, but I had a hard time re-adjusting myself to our folder structure. As I see it, we have different outputs from the first set of experiments in the main folder, as in

-trees
-traits
-parameters

and then we have the new outputs in

-trees/uniform_sampling_experiment

including the parameters. My suggestion would be to have the following structure

• experiments(optional)
• • Experiment 1
• • • parameters
• • • trees
• • • other things
• • Experiment 2
• • • parameters
• • • trees
• • • other things

What do you think? I know it may require a bit of path changing, but I think it would be more sustainable if we want to work with this for a longer time.
