Migrate to Astro with enhanced project pages

- Convert static HTML to Astro framework
- Add individual project pages for Domain Details, Doodlify, IG Grid Planner, EasyChef.ai, and Launchpage.xyz
- Add SEO improvements: canonical URLs, JSON-LD structured data, sitemap.xml, robots.txt
- Add external visit links for all projects
- Domain Details: expanded features, success stories from domaindetails.com/stories
- EasyChef: marked as first acquisition on detail page
- Launchpage.xyz: new open source project
- Component-based architecture with reusable ProjectCard, SubProjectCard
- Light/dark mode with Geist font
