Sort gesture is interfering with tap checkbox gesture

We'll need to make the checkboxes tappable area larger, or give it preference over the sorting gesture.

I think the only way to make this work nicely or as expected would be to either add a delay or a threshold of how many pixels you have to move while touching before it's considered a drag.

delay + delayOnTouchOnly seems to be the way to go.

Would have to do some testing for what feels right, but I wonder what a good delay would be before considered too long to wait. 500ms? 1000?

What do you think about adding an element to the end of the line that makes it more clear that a line is sortable and draggable?
