Do I have to pass the full history on each message?

Hi! I couldn't find a simple answer to this -
Do I need to paste in the full conversation history into the prompt every time or is there an internal history kept to each character that they will remember?
I know that the base prompt is inserted every time, but I'm not so sure if characters keep track of all the text that has passed by them. In the chatbot sample it seems that only the latest message gets used, but I'm not sure and I want to be. Thanks!

No, there is a conversation history that keeps the previous messages and passed them as well to the LLM. The history is kept in the chat variable of the LLMCharacter.
