Subject: [PATCH] chore(package): exclude dev workflows and scripts from
 crates.io tarball

Add exclude = [".agents/", ".github/", "scripts/"] to the [package]
table in Cargo.toml. This strips internal CI pipelines, release scripts,
and agent persona configurations from the release tarball, reducing
package size from 60 to 50 files (184.5 KiB to 172.0 KiB compressed).
