Add comeInShinecharging return shinecharged/temp-blue strats #2064

In water rooms we've been including strats that enter gaining a shinecharge, use X-ray to turn around, then carry temporary blue back through the same door. In air rooms we haven't been including these because generally it would be possible to just gain the shinecharge in the opposite direction instead. In a few cases, though, it can be useful, for example:

  • For the Wrecked Ship temporary blue strat to break the bomb block, the effective runway is longer running left-to-right up the slopes.
  • For Gauntlet E-Tank Room, gaining the shinecharge left-to-right avoids acid damage.
  • For Robot Assembly Line, with power on, gaining a shinecharge while running into the room is better because the conveyor works in your favor.

Similarly, in water rooms we've been including strats that enter gaining a shinecharge, then return to the door with shinecharge frames remaining. But in air rooms we haven't been including these because again generally it would be possible gain the shinecharge in the opposite direction. A case where it would be useful though is for shinespark deep stuck setups. Effectively, currently the shinespark deep stuck setups typically can only expect you get the shinecharge entirely in the other room, not using the combined cross-room runway.
