Door lock bypass while in G-mode

Ceiling clips strats for carrying G-mode up through a door shell were recently added. Going down through door shells is the same idea so those should be added too.

Expanding this issue to discuss and track all types of door lock bypass + g-mode strats:

• Ice ceiling clips
• CF ceiling clips
• Enemy stuck moonfalls
• Toilet entrances are not tracked properly, because it was assumed you could not use the toilet while in g-mode, but it should work if you clip into the toilet while in g-mode
• Enter the bottom of a room while in indirect G-mode - the door will remain closed and Samus will not fall back through. Currently these strats mostly assumed that the door would remain open, particularly if there was no way to downward setup to then return in indirect.

After these are complete, we could consider if it would ever be worth adding complex ways to bypass the door (grapple teleport, super jump, super sink, etc)
