canDoubleXModeBlueSuit is too similarly named to canFlashSuitDoubleSpark for how different the meaning of "Double" is. canDoubleXModeBlueSuit is the more accepted name, so canFlashSuitDoubleSpark will have to change.
I think "double X-Mode" is fairly recognizable. Maybe canFlashSuitDoubleSpark should be renamed to something like canFlashSuitUseInitialSpark?
