Vite 7 support

Is Vite 7 support something that is in the near future for this plugin?

Looks like it's a simple error in #69. The title clearly says "6+" so that, to me, sounds like support for Vite 6, 7, and so on was intended.

Extending the peer dep range for ^7 should be enough if anyone wants to send a PR.

We usually add support for majors manually to confirm it works so #69 didn't directly cover v7.

I've merged the PR and a minor will be released shortly by another team member with publishing permissions.
