Description
Adds a section to the app hooks guide for
AIO_RELOAD_ENV_ON_PRE_HOOKS. When it is set to a truthy value,aio app run,build,deployandundeployreload the config right after theirpre-*hook, so changes the hook made to.envor.aioreach the rest of the command.post-*hooks do not trigger a reload. Unset, empty,0andfalseleave it off.Related Issue
Documents the change in adobe/aio-cli-plugin-app#942
Motivation and Context
The env var is new in aio-cli-plugin-app and is not documented anywhere else.
How Has This Been Tested?
Docs only. I checked the hook list and the truthy/falsy values against the implementation in the plugin PR.
