Every error while a storage file is read now counts as a corrupted file, so the storage removes it and tries the backup. An error on opening the file still reaches the caller and leaves the files alone. The new SetCorruptedFileBehaviour says what Build() does when nothing can be recovered; by default it starts empty and logs the exception.

Closes #93
