…match multiplier on scoring, verify existing backend fixes Arena1X#1622: Apply match multiplier when computing awarded points on result submission. Add scorePredictions() to submitResult flow and guard against retroactive multiplier changes via updateMultiplier(). Arena1X#1610, Arena1X#1623, Arena1X#1935: Verified already implemented — oracle source reliability scoring, prediction fraud flag rules engine, and email service retry with exponential backoff all satisfy their requirements.
