This pull request introduces minor documentation updates to the
README.mdfiles in both thecli/azdandext/vscodedirectories. The only change is the addition of the phrase "Test Changes" to each file.cli/azd/README.md: Added "Test Changes" at the end of the file.ext/vscode/README.md: Added "Test Changes" at the end of the file.
