The community fixes are merged, but installation still used Unix shell commands and integration manifests did not describe the new project-settings workflow. Prepare v0.2.5 metadata across all integrations, replace postinstall with portable Node.js setup, document source upgrades and project-settings revisions/covers in the three host Skills, and correct product website links.
CI now checks fresh installation, schema setup, build, types, unit tests and translations on Ubuntu 24.04 and Windows 2025, with browser/MCP integration tests on Linux. Pinned Actions use Node.js 24; deprecated server-function validation and Vite configuration imports are updated.
Validation: local typecheck, 432 unit tests, i18n and production build passed; dependency audit is clean. The v0.2.5 runtime tarball installs in an empty directory, exposes all 30 tools, reads the Skill catalog, queries Projects and serves production workspace routes. The four-file Connector payload validates and contains no local data. All 14 browser/MCP tests pass against the production build, including a deliberately delayed editor download to prove that the first Canvas creation action is retained. Toolbar actions and shortcuts wait until editor/project initialization completes. Platform CI results are recorded in the PR checks.
This prepares a release candidate. GitHub Release, npm publication, WorkBuddy submission and external announcements remain separate pending actions; the current public release/package is still v0.2.4.
