Release list
v0.4.0 — Models, Data and Web from CLI and SDK
BeatAPI CLI and TypeScript SDK 0.4.0
Discover current AI models, data APIs, and workflows from the terminal or a JavaScript / TypeScript application. The READMEs now start with anonymous Search and Inspect, explain when authentication and billing apply, and link the available interfaces.
This release includes the already-merged 0.4.0 capability updates: raw synchronous results, asynchronous next instructions, preview and field selection, stored-result retrieval, four Web commands, direct image/video/Effect task commands, and current gateway key formats. npm package descriptions and discovery keywords now reflect the broader capability interface.
Install:
npm install --global beatapi@0.4.0
npm install beatapi-client@0.4.0Verification: full contract/type/build/package checks and 42 tests passed. Clean packed installs and live anonymous model/data Search → Inspect checks passed. Runtime dependency audit reports no known vulnerabilities. No paid execution result is claimed by these checks. Three pre-existing high-severity development-toolchain audit findings remain; these development dependencies are not included in the published packages.
v0.3.0 — Unified capability CLI and SDK
Adds capabilities search, inspect, run and status while preserving existing commands. Includes anonymous discovery, partial-contract warnings, stable idempotency keys, bounded polling, non-overwriting JSON output and structured errors.
Validation: 36 tests, build, packed installation and dependency audit passed. Live read-only Search/Inspect verified; no paid execution claim.
Both beatapi@0.3.0 and beatapi-client@0.3.0 were published through the protected npm OIDC workflow and are visible in the public registry.
