This change corrects the FlowView documentation to match the plugin’s declared Cacti compatibility and collector code. It fixes the minimum-version guidance, names ARIN as the whois service, and corrects command locations and service descriptions. This prevents administrators from applying an obsolete core patch or following the wrong setup instructions.

Implementation details

Corrects README statements that no longer match the code:

  • Minimum Cacti is 1.2.29 (matches INFO compat). The database API patch the README asked for (c11405e) is already in 1.2.29, so the patch note and the "older Cacti" paragraph are dropped.
  • Unresolved IPs are looked up through ARIN's whois service (includes/functions.php), not IANA.
  • php cli/materialize_queries.php runs from the plugin directory, not from cli/.
  • service/README.md no longer describes a flow-tools collector; the service scripts only launch flow_collector.php.

Docs only.
