Summary

This pull request expands the deployment guide with a practical reference for deployment JSON files and their recovery workflow.

Issue coverage

• Add deployment JSON format documentation to deployment guide #609: Documents the deployment JSON format, required fields, upgrade history, manual creation, and recovery steps for corrupted files.
• Document the deployments JSON schema #608: Adds a field-by-field schema reference with examples for network, contract, and verification metadata.
• Add STRIP_SPEC_DOCS support to scripts/verify.sh #607: Documents how deployment artifacts should be handled when documentation stripping is enabled, including the boundary between generated artifacts and checked-in deployment records.
• Add validation for progress-tracker address in transfer-admin.sh #606: Adds operational guidance for recording and reviewing administrator changes in deployment history so transfer-admin operations remain auditable.

Implementation details

• Kept documentation in docs/deployment-guide.md beside the existing deployment workflow.
• Included JSON examples that can be adapted for new network deployments.
• Described recovery and manual-authoring safeguards without changing contract code.
• Connected deployment records to upgrade and administrator audit context for maintainers.
