fix: avoid extension bootstrap hangs

Summary

• add filtered Target.setAutoAttach setup with short “first page attached or timeout” race so MetaMask-heavy sessions no longer stall bootstrap
• filter extension/devtools URLs out of list_pages by default, expose stable JSON payload, and plumb new CLI flags (--includeExtensionTargets, --bootstrapTimeoutMs, --verboseBootstrap)
• add automation (npm run test:remote) + docs/tests updates and extra logging to keep behavior transparent and configurable

• npm run test:remote # against Chromium w/ MetaMask at http://127.0.0.1:9222
