Every file operation and every AI output is SHA-256 hashed, signed with a quantum-seeded ephemeral key destroyed after a single use, RFC 3161 timestamped, and appended to an immutable log — exportable as an evidence-grade proof package. A tampered response fails its signature and the system refuses to proceed.
- QOPC — it learns you. The Quantum Optimized Prompt Circuit watches what you accept, revise, publish, or discard, and tunes its own prompt weights. Your AI gets measurably better the more you use it — no config, no fine-tuning.
