- installs Claude Code via nvm + npm in CI - mints ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN via authanywhere immediately before claude call - mints GH_TOKEN via dd-octo-sts with no static PAT - smoke test: claude --bare -p with allowedTools and bypassPermissions - triggers on both CI_MERGE_REQUEST_IID and CI_EXTERNAL_PULL_REQUEST_IID
