Summary

Prepares this repository to become the source of the DataSQRL plugin instead of a copy synced from DataSQRL/code-agent. The sync workflow in code-agent is already disabled; a follow-up PR in code-agent will include this repository as a submodule.

• CONTRIBUTING.md: reporting issues, PR titles, local testing, and the rules that keep the plugin working.
• CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, the same as DataSQRL/sqrl.
• README: the maintainer section moved out; links to the new docs added.

Manifests

• Version 0.3.0 in all three plugin.json files.
• license, repository, homepage, author and keywords in all three, as each host's manifest reference documents.
• Codex: interface block (display name, descriptions, example prompts). Cursor: explicit skills path. Claude: displayName; marketplace owner contact and category.
• claude plugin validate --strict passes for plugin.json and marketplace.json.

CI and releases

• ci.yml runs .github/check-plugin.sh on every PR. It checks that the scripts are real, executable and pass shellcheck, that the manifests parse and share one version, that every skill has a matching SKILL.md, and that no skill contains an HTML comment.
• lint-pr-title.yml enforces Conventional Commits titles, the same as DataSQRL/sqrl.
• release.yml runs when a release is published. It checks that the tag matches the manifest version and attaches both scripts, so releases/latest/download/datasqrl-agent.sh always serves the newest launcher.

Launcher

• The header no longer says it is a copy of agent/datasqrl-agent.sh.
• Install URLs now point at the latest release instead of main.
• Fix: on Linux, the MAC address recorded in the run log is read from the first network interface with a real address. It was empty when /sys/class/net listed a file such as bonding_masters first.
