What does this change?

The launcher now forwards AZURE_OPENAI_API_VERSION and AZURE_OPENAI_DEPLOYMENT_NAME_MAP, two Azure variables that Pi 1.3.0 documents. The plugin version goes from 0.3.1 to 0.3.2, so Claude Code users get the new launcher.

The code-agent image moves to Pi 1.3.0. The image check in code-agent (test-docker-local.sh) fails until the launcher forwards every variable in Pi's providers.md.

How did you test it?

• Compared every variable in Pi 1.3.0 docs/providers.md with PROVIDER_ENV_VARS, using the same check as test-docker-local.sh. No variable is missing.
• bash -n scripts/datasqrl-agent.sh passes.
• .github/check-plugin.sh passes (version 0.3.2, 9 skills). Shellcheck is not installed locally, so CI runs the lint step.
