What does this change?

The agent image now writes its run files (progress trail, run log, context block, repo inventory) to .datasqrl/, not .claude/ (DataSQRL/code-agent#). The launcher now reads the progress trail from .datasqrl/, and the deploy skill ignores .datasqrl/ when it checks for a dirty tree.

Area

  • Skills
  • Launcher (scripts/datasqrl-agent.sh)
  • Cloud client (scripts/datasqrl-cloud.sh)
  • Manifests
  • CI
  • Docs

How did you test it?

  • .github/check-plugin.sh: all checks passed (version 0.3.3, 9 skills).
  • shellcheck -S error on all four scripts (koalaman/shellcheck:v0.10.0): passed.
  • code-agent's 59 launcher tests (test_datasqrl_agent_launcher.py, fake docker), with the trail in .datasqrl/:
    • this branch: 59 passed
    • main: 7 failed (the --status, --wait and --detach trail checks)
  • Not tested: a real run with a new image.

Checklist

  • The PR title starts with a type such as feat:, fix: or docs:
  • .github/check-plugin.sh passes
  • Skills contain no SQRL and no HTML comments
  • A launcher change that needs a new agent image option waits until that image is published
  • README or DATA_HANDLING.md is updated if behavior or data handling changed
