여러 수치가 같은 측정 항목·기간·범위와 보고 사건을 명시적으로 참조하는 순수 코어를 추가합니다. 미래 계획과 보고 시제를 분리하고, 목적은 논리 조건으로 변환하지 않고 원문 연결로 보존합니다.
입력 contexts/events/bindings/relations와 파생 기존 MeasurementScopeFrame·분리 목적 전체를 현재 원문에서 재구성합니다. 없는/미사용 참조, 다른 인용·중복 범위, 상한·canonical 우회와 위변조를 거부하며 기존 모듈·SDK 요청·fixture/과거 판정은 보존합니다.
검증: 생산 코드 86e4272에서 전체6,916개(Python6,096/JavaScript820), lint/format/typecheck/build/OpenAPI 통과. 테스트 전용 d6b3e93의 상한 오류 격리는 별도249개·정적 검사와 상한 제거 대조4/4로 확인했습니다. 독립 태스크·최종 검토·수정분 재검토 완료.
PR65 기반의 Draft입니다. 새 모델 호출0·앱/서버/main/운영 변경0이며, 구조 검사 통과를 실제 AI 의미 품질로 해석하지 않습니다. 후속은 provider schema 용량·미관측 실제 자료 의미 인수와 전체 앱 통합입니다. 기존 생성/추론 비교의 실패·미판정·미확인 비용은 그대로 보존합니다.
