What is this PR about?

New PR of PrivatePaste: a self-hosted clipboard sync server. Copy on one device and paste on your others, with an encrypted, searchable history and apps for Windows, macOS, Linux and Android.

The template:

• Exposes port 8080 to Dokploy's proxy only. No host ports, container_name or custom networks.
• Keeps data in the privatepaste-data volume.
• Generates PP_DB_KEY (${base64:32}) and PP_PASSWORD (${password:24}) for each install.

PP_DB_KEY encrypts the database and stored images, so users should back it up from the service's environment.

Testing:

• In my Dokploy (v0.30.10): imported this PR's preview config with Create Service → Import.
  • The preview showed the compose, the privatepaste domain on port 8080 and the five environment variables, with PP_DB_KEY (base64, 32 bytes) and PP_PASSWORD (24 characters) generated.
  • Import and deploy succeeded. The container logged Now listening on: http://[::]:8080 and Application started.
  • After pointing the domain at a real hostname and redeploying, the PrivatePaste Android app signed in with the generated password and synced against the instance.
• The project's CI: starts this exact docker-compose.yml with the published image and the template's environment, and checks /health.
• Image smoke test: CI runs it on amd64 and arm64: sign-in, text and image upload, and a restart with the encrypted data intact.
