Upstream transferred to STFC-Mod/mod. Update current docs/install/help/example links, the existing macOS upstream release API endpoint and upstream-only attestation guard.
Preserve fork release/signing behavior, distribution identity, author credit and historical signer claims. This branch is one maintenance commit directly atop current play; no play-dev diagnostics or AAI integration are included.
Validation: Windows release build, full diff check and three independent review lanes passed. macOS CI and updater smoke remain separate gates. The equivalent upstream change is STFC-Mod#351.
