chore: bump compat for SparseConnectivityTracer to v1 (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the SparseConnectivityTracer package from 0.6.14 to 0.6.14, 1 for package DifferentiationInterface.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
