CompatHelper: bump compat for LuxTestUtils in [weakdeps] to 2 for package DifferentiationInterfaceTest, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the LuxTestUtils package from 1.3.1 to 1.3.1, 2 for package DifferentiationInterfaceTest.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
