This is an early attempt at upgrading Documenter to DocumenterVitepress. Currently, it is not quite working but is almost there -- I will have to revisit this and see if I can finish it off at some point. @Jay-sanjay , did you have a PR floating around that did this at one point? I don't quite remember...
