Summary

• Add RouterPlex to the AI Endpoints docs and sidebar, following the OpenRouter and Helicone
  gateway pages.
• Document the endpoints.custom YAML (baseURL https://api.routerplex.com/v1, ROUTERPLEX_API_KEY),
  fetch vs fixed model lists, user_provided keys, and the 402/403 responses.

Verification

• Parsed both YAML examples and checked every model ID against the live catalog
  (https://routerplex.com/api/models).
• With a funded key: GET /v1/models returns every model ID used in the YAML (default and
  titleModel), and chat completions (non-streaming and streaming) return normally on the same base URL.
• prettier --check passes with the repo config.

Scope

The endpoint was exercised with direct API requests, not through a running LibreChat instance.
The page uses the existing Plug icon; happy to add a provider icon if you want one.
