What changed

• add temporary element refs like e1, e2
• keep parent context for duplicate controls
• make browser actions target refs instead of role + name
• use exact accessible-name matching when resolving refs
• update browser tests, integration flow, and architecture docs

Why

Pages like Gmail can have multiple controls with the same name. Refs let Chexsa target the exact control from the latest observation instead of guessing.

Testing

• added focused unit tests for duplicate refs, stale refs, exact-name resolution, and ref-based actions
• updated the manual browser integration test
• local clone test run was not possible from this environment because outbound GitHub access is blocked
