The Claude skill (.claude/skills/mountea-dialoguer/SKILL.md) and SELF_HOSTED.md still said there is deliberately no tool to delete a project or a dialogue. Since delete_project and delete_dialogue exist, an agent following the skill would refuse to delete or give wrong advice.

• Describe both tools: they add a deletion revision, the history stays on the server, nothing in the app or the MCP restores a project automatically, and the deletion reaches every device. The skill tells the agent to use them only when asked and to say what will go first.
• A dialogue that another dialogue still points to as a child graph must be reassigned first.
• force on the other delete tools no longer bypasses the reference guards; the skill now says so.
• Tool count 39 -> 41 in SELF_HOSTED.md.
• Add skills/mountea-dialoguer.skill, the packaged skill for upload to claude.ai.
