leptonai 0.47.1 removes api.v1 breaking all executors #678

Describe the bug

Latest leptonai 0.47.1 release removes api.v1, which is unconditionally imported by nemo-run. This breaks all executors.

Work around is to update the requirements to 'leptonai<0.47' or complete this PR: #511

Steps/Code to reproduce bug

Install nemo-run and attempt to launch a job.

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'leptonai.api.v1'
