DiffEqDevTools.jl v4 is about to be yanked because it should not have been released, see JuliaRegistries/General#153927. So we should not update the compat.

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
DiffEqDevToolspackage from2.45.1to2.45.1, 4for package docs.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
