This pull request changes the compat entry for the DiffEqDevTools package from 2.45.1 to 2.45.1, 4 for package docs.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

DiffEqDevTools.jl v4 is about to be yanked because it should not have been released, see JuliaRegistries/General#153927. So we should not update the compat.
