COB has been failing the Dashboard's "Users" check because of missing metadata. I adapted the example from <https://obofoundry.org/principles/fp-009-users.html#examples> to provide one usage entry.

I'm just eyeballing it, but I think the indentation in this change (and in the examples) is wrong? yaml is awesome |

@jsstevenson Yes, and the use of a colon inside one of my descriptions. And the linter being very specific about the order of keys. I'm frustrated because I just copied from the example linked above, and this took 10 times longer than it should have. |
