- Add Simplified Chinese markdown files under 2025/docs/zh-Hant/, following the existing 2021 Simplified Chinese locale path used by this repository
- Translate all 16 markdown files from 2025/docs/en/
- Add 'zh-Hant - 简体中文' to the 2025 MkDocs i18n languages list with Simplified Chinese nav_translations for all top-level nav entries
- Add a 'zh-Hant - 简体中文' entry to extra.alternate so the language selector lists both locales; the original English entry and the commented-out German example are preserved unchanged
- Preserve CWE IDs, links, technical abbreviations and code identifiers while translating CWE display labels into Simplified Chinese
- Explicit anchor IDs are declared on translated X01 headings so the in-page cross references in X01 keep working unchanged
