Adds a single button to the top navigation bar that opens a configurable URL (Home Assistant, a webcam stream, a NAS, …). The label, tooltip and "open in new tab" are configurable, and the icon is either a Font Awesome class or an image the user uploads (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG or ICO, stored in the plugin's data folder and served by OctoPrint).

Yes. The code was written by Claude (Anthropic's AI assistant) from my requirements and feedback, and I've been running it on my own OctoPrint. The registration carries the

No.
Does your plugin rely on some cloud services?
No. It doesn't contact any external service; the configured link is only opened by the browser when the button is clicked.
