The current implementation of fast path is a remnant after request-based
I/O handling in OpenCAS Linux. Since OCL switched to submit_bio there
was not caller that would use opportunistic fast path call, so it got
merged as an option in regular I/O path.

The major problem is that it is still designed for bio/rq split, while
in reality all the submits arrive sychronously, thus sync/async split
makes way more sense today. Therefore this commit introduces a new fast
path that attempts to quickly handle I/O synchronously and if fails fast
if optimistic sync path is not possible.
