build: follow the renamed auth and ui repositories - #270

unified-auth is now OpusProjects/auth and unified-ui is OpusProjects/ui. The dependency URLs in Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock and the allow-git entry in deny.toml (an exact match) move to the new address, and so do the UI clone in the Dockerfile and the docs. The crate names (unified-auth, unified-secrets) are unchanged.
