Reference list / Modify current list / Empty list
Right after you opened a TV data file with ChanSort, you are asked how you want to edit the list.
Applying Reference Lists is the best choice when you already have another list that you can use as a template.
Modify current list: is best for fine-tuning a list which already has an ok-ish order.
Empty list: when the current list has some crazy order, you're faster starting with a blank list and add channels in the order you like.
The main screen
ChanSort's user interface provides 2 views on your current channel list.
The left table is typically sorted by "New Pr#" and shows you how the new list looks like.
The right table is used for filtering and searching for adding and swapping channels.
