Replace the repository-owned workflow with the canonical caller pinned to orb source 9c30a30754c7f5534613635b70fc88357f2024ed. Keep full native platform qualification for releases and explicit manual requests; routine branch native builds use Linux only.
Validation: fresh default head matches the audited baseline. Canonical generation and profile contract tests passed. qctl caller actionlint passed with shell lint disabled because this caller contains no shell. Hosted consumer tests and release behavior still require verification. Automated-only review policy applies; enforce observed required checks before normal merge.
