Why
In Discussion #41, we aligned on
application/legal-pagefor app-managed legal and privacy pages, such as regional policies, privacy-request pages, and withdrawal pages. It's separate from general pages because these requests need specialist capabilities, such as generating regional policies or handling privacy requests. What this adds
application/legal-page.createandedit.value.surface,title, and a plain-textsectionsoutline, with room for app-specific fields such as regions and regulations.
