feat(e2e): add theme E2E test suite
a214539 
Add Playwright-based E2E tests for theme commands:
- theme-local.spec.ts: init, check, package (no auth required)
- theme-crud.spec.ts: push, pull, list, delete, rename, duplicate
- theme-dev.spec.ts: dev server lifecycle (skipped pending store setup)
- theme-console.spec.ts: REPL evaluation (skipped pending investigation)

Infrastructure:
- Add theme scaffold fixture with push/pull/delete helpers
- Add minimal Dawn theme fixture for testing
- Add store password support for password-protected stores
- Create separate theme-e2e.yml workflow triggered on theme path changes

The dev and console tests are skipped until a test store without password
protection is configured.
