WHY are these changes introduced?
Cleaning up old E2E stores is slow and can miss stores beyond the first page.
WHAT is this pull request doing?
Add paginated discovery and parallel cleanup: five browser workers for normal cleanup and twenty API workers for force cleanup. Protect reusable stores and report confirmed deletions separately from pending requests. Includes the cleanup improvements from #8311.
How to manually test your changes?
Run
pnpm --filter e2e exec tsx scripts/cleanup-stores.ts --list --pattern no-delete-e2e-and confirm protected stores are excluded. Repeat with a narrow legacy-store prefix to inspect the cleanup targets.Checklist
