feat: show estimated gas fee before confirming transactions - #663

Every transaction confirmation now shows an estimated network fee before the Freighter signing prompt, so users aren't surprised by costs. - TransactionConfirmModal takes a `fee` prop and renders an "Estimated network fee" row in XLM (simulated resource fee plus base inclusion fee). It shows a loading state, an "Unavailable" fallback when simulation fails, and a "sponsored" label for fee-bumped transactions. Confirm stays disabled while the estimate loads. - Add simulateSetBoost plus a debounced useSetBoostFeePreview hook, so Boost changes get a fee estimate too. - Lock (pool detail page) and Boost now show fee estimates. Deposit and Unlock move from raw stroops to the shared XLM formatting. - Add src/lib/fees.ts helpers with unit tests, and modal tests for the fee row states.
