Implementation branch for #1670.

New AuthSessionProvider: bearer attachment + 401 recovery, wired into the root layout.

Commit includes working code for the issue. Kept in Draft pending CI/review.

Closes #1670

Current API-only review

Removed JWT persistence entirely, restricted automatic bearer attachment to same-origin requests and deduplicated concurrent recovery. Preserved current layout launchers while resolving its conflict. This remains draft: the complete challenge-sign-verify flow, API-client integration, sign-out broadcast, expiry UI and required tests are still absent; the original stub is not represented as complete.

Current head: b1267d5. No local checkout, local repository execution or local files were used.
Requested reference: #1282
