feat(query-devtools): add a filter scope toggle to filter queries by query key, query data, or both - #12538
I want to be able to find queries whose query data contains a specific value. (query list filter only matches against the query key and "search data" only searched a single query's data)
This PR adds a new toggle for the query list filter to toggle between "key" -> "data" -> "all"
…query key, query data, or both
The query list filter only matched the query key. A small toggle inside the
filter input now cycles between Key (default), Data, and All. Data matching
uses the same rules as the Data Explorer search (case-insensitive substring
over keys and primitive values, cycle- and getter-safe), stops at the first
match, and caches results per query by data reference. The list re-filters
when query data changes while a data search is active. The scope is persisted
in localStorage like the other filter settings.

The query and mutation filters now support key, data, and all scopes. Data filtering uses prepared search text, and matching data can initialize the corresponding Data Explorer search. A React example demonstrates filtering generated query and mutation data.

Summary
Filter scope and search text packages/query-devtools/src/constants.ts, packages/query-devtools/src/explorerSearch.ts, packages/query-devtools/src/__tests__/explorerSearch.test.ts
Adds key, data, and all scope values, with key as the default. Adds bounded search-text creation for explorer entries and values. Tests cover supported values, circular references, accessors, shared objects, and depth limits.
Query and mutation filtering packages/query-devtools/src/Devtools.tsx, packages/query-devtools/src/__tests__/Devtools.test.tsx, .changeset/query-devtools-filter-by-data.md
Adds scope selection, persistence, and scope-specific labels. Query data and mutation variables or results are matched according to the selected scope. Search preparation runs in task slices, with prior results kept visible until preparation completes. Tests cover scope behavior, data updates, and mutation filtering.
Data Explorer initial search packages/query-devtools/src/Explorer.tsx, packages/query-devtools/src/Devtools.tsx, packages/query-devtools/src/__tests__/Explorer.test.tsx, packages/query-devtools/src/__tests__/Devtools.test.tsx
Adds an optional initial search term to SearchableExplorer. In data scope, query and mutation details pass the filter text to their Data Explorer. Tests cover initial terms and behavior when the search key changes.
Data-filtering example examples/react/devtools-data-filter/*
Adds a React example with generated query and mutation data, adjustable entity counts, and a display of frame gaps and long tasks. Adds the example’s package tooling, configuration, and README.

The new data filter scope is bounded to avoid freezing the devtools UI, but large datasets may still cause some lag when filtering. Owners should be aware of this; it is not blocking.

… the same scope toggle
The filter scope toggle is shared by the queries and mutations views. In the
mutations view, Data matches the mutation variables or data, using the same
time-sliced search texts as queries. The example now also creates return
mutations with large variables and data.
